How it works

Take your time. You can return to a lesson whenever you need it.

  1. Read the steps

Every lesson is a short, numbered list in plain words. It starts from a clear place and tells you what you should see at the end.

  2. Practice closing a fake warning

Visit the Scam Hub to try closing a fictional scam warning. The practice explains how to return to the normal window and leave the page.

    Open scam practice
  3. Print the instructions

Print a large, clean copy of the same steps and keep it next to your computer for next time.
